Our Noosh drinks are based on fermented water kefir. First, our grains are soaked in the fresh water from Valais. Alpine water is the key to our Noosh. We believe in the utility of using local alpine water sources that are full of natural minerals to enrich our Kefir with the naturally good. After leaving them for a couple of days, we add the savory ingredients according to our special recipes.
